Delaware Attorney Services -receives cases daily from law firms throughout the country for service on corporations by serving their registered agents or Delaware Secretary of State. There are currently over 680,000 companies Incorporated in Delaware, these include approximately 60 percent of the Fortune 500 and 50 percent of companies listed on the New York Stock Exchange.

Once cases are received we attempt service on defendants within 24 hours of receipt, and upon completion of service we provide your firm with a notarized affidavit for each entity served
